The Greek Association of Alzheimer’s Disease and Relative Disorders was established in 1995 as a not for profit organization. The main objective of the Association is the creation of structures and services that improve the quality of life of patients with dementia and to offer information - advice concerning the care of the patients and their family members. Mutual help is being offered to caregivers in order to reduce the social, economic and emotional cost deriving from the long term care of people suffering from dementia.
