PUBLICATION POLICY

All abstracts accepted for presentation (oral or poster) will be published in the official abstract book of the conference.

POSTER PRESENTERS

Due to large number of presentations submitted to the conference posters will be displayed in 2 separate groups.

Poster Group 1 will be displayed on Wednesday 10 March & Thursday 11 March.

Poster Group 2 will be displayed on Friday 12 March and Saturday 13 March.

Poster Area
The poster area is located in the Grand Ballroom, Level 2, Grand Palace Hotel.

Poster Dimension
The usable surface of the display panels measures 200 cm (height) x 100 cm (width). Pins and adhesive material will be provided. Please use letters large enough to be read from a distance of 1.5 meters (4.9 feet).


Poster Group 1

Display Date - Wednesday 10 March & Thursday 11 March.

Poster Sessions - We would encourage you to stand by your poster between 13:00 and 13:45 on Thursday 11 March to allow for delegates to visit your poster and ask questions.

Hanging – You will be able to hang your posters from 10:00, Wednesday 10 March (Please note that poster boards will be available for hanging of posters until 20:00 on Wednesday 10 March.

Removal – From 16:00, Thursday 11 March.

Dismantling Deadline – Please dismantle your poster by 18:00 on Thursday 11 March.

Mandatory Information – The poster number has to be indicated in the top right hand corner of your poster.

Poster Group 2

Display Date – From Friday 12 March and Saturday 13 March.

Poster Sessions - We would encourage you to stand by your poster between 13:00 and 13:45 on Friday 12 March to allow for delegates to visit your poster and ask questions.

Hanging – You will be able to hang your posters from 08:00 on Friday 12 March.

Removal – From 11:30, Saturday 13 March.

Dismantling Deadline – Please dismantle your poster by 14:00 on Saturday 13 March.

Mandatory Information – The poster number has to be indicated in the top right hand corner of your poster.
