Event Makers Ltd will act as the housing bureau for the conference and has reserved a large number of rooms in different hotel categories and offers discounted rates for conference participants. Only reservations made through Event Makers Ltd will benefit from these rates. The majority of the hotels are located in the city centre. The conference venue can be easily reached from all hotels by public transportation.

Group Reservations

Group reservations will be handled by Event Makers Ltd with separate contracts. Please contact the housing bureau directly. 

Check-in/Check-out Time

Hotel check-in time is 15:00 or later. If you are arriving after 18:00, please notify MCI UK in advance on your registration form. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
