Registration Deadlines
Early bird registration deadline: 08 January 2010 12:00 Noon GMT
Standard registration deadline: 26 February 2010 12:00 Noon GMT
On site registration opens: 10 March 2010
Payment must be received by the Early Bird registration deadline of 12:00 noon GMT on 8 January 2010 to qualify for the rate.
Registration and Hotel Information Procedure
The online registration form should be used for the conference registration, social programme and excursions. Accommodation is booked via the housing bureau's website. click here
All participants must submit a completed registration form, this should be completed either online or via a fax back form. The 25th International Conference of Alzheimer's Disease International requires the full data for each individual participant, including updated postal address and email address.

Letter of Invitation
If you require a formal letter of invitation for the purpose of a visa application, this will be sent by email only once full payment for your registration has been received. Please request your letter of invitation online at the time that you register for the conference. If you do not have access to email, a letter can be sent by fax to you. Payment
Full payment should be received before the relevant deadline. To facilitate processing, participants should clearly indicate in all remittances their name, address and the purpose for which the payment is made. Either of the following means can be used for payment:

Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa credit or debit cards will be accepted. Please note American Express will not be accepted.

Bank transfers will not be accepted after 01/02/10
Confirmation
If you choose to pay by bank transfer your registration will not be valid until full payment has been received including all bank charges. Please send a printed copy of the bank transfer along with the registration form to the organising secretariat. Click here for contact details. Upon receipt of proof of payment a full confirmation of registration will be sent.
Participants should bring the letter of confirmation to the registration desk at the conference venue when collecting their documents.
Group Registrations
For group registrations, a minimum of 10 participants is required.
Please contact the Conference secretariat, to obtain the group registration form. Conference documents and bags can be collected as early pick-up upon request.
