Cancellation Policy for Registrations All cancellations must be sent to MCI UK Ltd in writing (fax, letter, or e-mail). For cancellations received before 31 December 2009, reservations will be refunded less €50, for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible. Individual Modification Policy A modification handling fee of €20 will be charged for every change received after 31 December 2009. Cancellation and Group Modification Policy Group bookings will be invoiced and paid on confirmation. No refunds will be provided after payment has been made, however modifications may be made free of charge at any point up till 22 February. After this date, the modification handling fee will be €25.
